Party Platter Snack Tray
Often asked the question, “What can I snack on that is low carb?” Or, “What can I serve or bring to a party for appetizers?” This party platter suggests some of the ideas for snacking; you may make your party platter as large or small as you like. Find interesting little dishes or plates and place them on a large bread board or platter; arrange them to look visually appealing. For that extra special touch, surround the platter with candles, wine bottles and/or potted herbs or flowers. Make it your own, there are no rules here except using low carb snack favorites!
Ingredients (all optional)
Sliced and cubed cheeses
Spreadable cheese
Dressing (Ranch) for dipping veggies
Sliced meats – salami, pepperoni, turkey, ham, roast beef
Pickles (no added sugar, check ingredients label)
Low carb crackers – parmesan crisps
Berries – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Cucumbers
Celery
Bell peppers
Nuts – almonds, cashews, ie – mixed nuts
Olives – Greek, black and green
Hard boiled eggs
Pork rinds
Banana peppers
Pickled veggies in jar

Purchase any of the above ingredients and arrange on a party platter. These ingredients are just an idea for a party platter; you may pick and choose your favorites for smaller servings.
