Berry Cheesecake Parfait

 

This is an indulgent dessert that is whipped up in a few minutes and will surely impress family and friends. The richness of the cheesecake combined with the tartness of the fruit is a combination that will satisfy any dessert lover.

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened (room temp)

1 pkg. (1 oz) Jello® cheesecake instant pudding, sugar free

1 C. heavy cream

1 C. cold water

1 C. fresh raspberries, strawberries or blueberries (or combination)

Directions

  1. Add cream cheese, water and whipping cream to a large bowl. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on medium high speed until blended.

  2. Add instant pudding and beat on high speed setting until light and fluffy to texture of your liking.

  3. Layer cheesecake mixture alternately with berries in a parfait style glass. Serve chilled.
